Job Summary
Coordinate daily theatre operations by supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring safety compliance. Assist the General Manager with strategy implementation, scheduling, and hiring while handling guest inquiries and conflict resolution. Mentor hourly employees, maintain employee records, and support opening/closing procedures alongside cleaning and cash handling tasks. Work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire
- R-Serving certification
- willing and able to pour basic drinks
- Food Handler and/or Food Manager certifications
- current driver license
- vehicle insurance
- availability to open and/or close regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift, with limited opportunities to sit
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle objects, tools, and operational materials
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach as needed to perform duties
- Ability to move, lift, stock, and transport boxes or supplies weighing up to 35 pounds safely
- Mental stamina and focus to manage high-stress, fast-paced, and busy periods while making decisions and coordinating staff
- Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting, and temperature conditions
