Job Summary
Lee Health seeks Gastroenterologists for GI Hospitalist (Full-time, 7 on/7 off) and Hybrid Inpatient/Outpatient GI roles. Responsibilities include inpatient general gastroenterology and GI procedures (Bravo Capsule Endoscopy, EGD, Colonoscopy; ERCP preferred), with a call schedule for the GI team and involvement in consults across the Lee Health system. The Hybrid role covers both inpatient and outpatient duties, with traditional M-F outpatient office work, and up to two days of back-up call per week. The department performs a range of GI procedures and manages biliary diseases, liver biopsies, esophageal disorders, and related diagnostics (manometry, video capsule). The roles emphasize collaboration within a multi-provider GI team and participation in hospital admissions and consultations. Required Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine
