Job Summary
Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank GLASS bridging product owners, business, operations and developers; elicits and documents business and data flow requirements, translating them into technical solutions; leads through change; builds strong relationships with technology, product, and operations sponsors; collaborates across teams within an Agile framework; focuses on data analytics, architecture design, and data-driven insights to guide business decisions; communicates clearly with diverse stakeholder audiences; role involves working on a global GLASS function with attention to SDLC, Agile practices, and complex data environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of Temenos T24 Banking Application or similar products with focus on Interest, Tax, Swift Payments, Accounting, Reporting, Sweeps, and Close of Business processing
- Advanced knowledge of business processes, data analysis, and ability to construct complex data queries
- Strong understanding of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Effective collaboration with product management and customers to deliver technical solutions
- Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement skills
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile development methodologies
- Effective translation between business/Product Owner and Agile development teams
- Experience presenting to senior management and documenting product requirements using Confluence and JIRA
- Attention to detail and curiosity to challenge requirements to improve outcomes
- Preferred: knowledge of Treasury and Banking with ledgering understanding
- Preferred: experience with Transact / T24 or similar product knowledge
- Preferred: process-improvement and documentation skills
