Job Summary
Operate the main stage LED wall and integrated piano display during live performances and Resident DJ shows, executing show cues accurately per the production timeline. Coordinate the rotating piano platform and monitor all LED systems before, during, and after each event. Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of minor technical issues while ensuring equipment meets safety standards. Collaborate with performers, DJs, stage managers, and the technical team to deliver seamless entertainment experiences. Requires fundamental knowledge of video systems, proficiency in Microsoft Windows, and experience with LED wall setups. Must work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Required Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of video systems, video installations, video switchers, and cabling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the ability to troubleshoot basic computer and network issues
- Experience with LED wall setup, operation, and basic maintenance, including systems
- Previous experience operating technical systems for live shows, concerts, or entertainment productions
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of moving head or robotic lighting systems
