Job Summary
Lecturer (Level B) / Senior Lecturer (Level C) / Associate Professor (Level D) in Educational Leadership at the University of Wollongong. Deliver high-quality teaching in Educational Leadership, contribute to curriculum innovation and program development, conduct impactful research, supervise postgraduate and HDR students, and provide academic leadership across campuses. On-campus teaching with governance and professional engagement, regular on-site participation, and occasional travel to the Liverpool Campus. Program includes a 35-hour full-time work week, supportive flexible working arrangements, and strong emphasis on career progression within the School of Education.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral qualification in Educational Leadership or a closely related field
- Demonstrated expertise in Educational Leadership within the Australian education context
- A strong teaching record and curriculum innovation
- A developing (Level B), established (Level C) or nationally recognised (Level D) research profile
- Evidence of leadership in governance, service or professional engagement (increasing with level)
