Job Summary
Teach and coordinate units in Early Childhood Education subjects while managing assessments and delivering quality care to students. Produce research and scholarship to inform curriculum innovation and development. Provide administrative support to academic staff and build the institution's profile with stakeholders and the community. Ensure school activities operate effectively and efficiently. Maintain a full-time schedule at the Pennant Hills campus within a Christian learning community.
Required Qualifications
- Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation
- Hold a PhD in Early Childhood Education or be currently undertaking a PhD in Early Childhood Education
- Full Australian Working Rights
- WWCC
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching experience and ECT qualification
- Demonstrated experience in teaching at a tertiary level, learning, scholarship and research
- Teaching experience in Early Childhood sector
- Demonstrated expertise in ECEC and understanding of current and emerging trends in Australian Education
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to teach online and face to face
- Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural diversity and ability to work with students, staff, and administrators cooperatively
