Job Summary
Lead and inspire students on the Hairdressing course at the London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT). Deliver engaging teaching that combines practical skills with industry insight; plan and deliver relevant content; provide constructive feedback and support to help learners gain skills and confidence for their careers. Requires Level 3 Qualification in Hairdressing; a teaching qualification is ideal but not essential, with a preference for individuals who can transition into education. Must bring extensive current knowledge of hairdressing and the beauty industry, with strong communication and presentation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others. Required Qualifications
- Level 3 Qualification or above in Hairdressing
- Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential)
