Lecturer, hourly position at Herod Elementary School in the Houston area. Provides one-on-one blended learning instruction in core academic subjects to help students prepare for standardized or achievement tests, develops web-based tutorials for targeted tutorial support, and discusses duties with classroom teachers. Responsibilities include preparing students for standardized tests, designing web-based lessons for personalized instruction, monitoring progress with data, administering diagnostic and formative assessments, and developing strategies to help students reach or exceed their grade-level targets. May assist with tutoring and study-habit development under direct supervision.
