Job Summary
Deliver practical, student-centred teaching for the Bachelor of Community Services, covering lectures, tutorials, and group facilitation. Mark assessments, provide feedback, support students at risk, maintain records, and contribute to ongoing teaching practice improvements. This role suits experienced community services professionals with a postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling, and at least two years in the sector, with a preference for experience in Family and Domestic Violence services. Required Qualifications
- A postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Counselling or a closely related field
- At least 2 years' full time experience in the community services sector
- Strong understanding of community services theory and practice
- Confidence presenting, teaching or facilitating groups
- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in supporting students and developing future community services professionals
