Job Summary
Provide rTMS and ECT within the Interventional Psychiatry Program, delivering clinical assessment and care for complex, treatment-resistant depression. Lead education for learners through clinical supervision, exam oversight, and seminar teaching while participating in research initiatives and inter-departmental collaborations. Deliver Psychiatry on-call service as part of full-time clinical responsibilities within the Ambulatory Psychiatry Division. Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be eligible for full-time clinical academic appointment at the University of Toronto at the level of Lecturer or Assistant Professor
- The successful candidate must hold a Medical Degree
- The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for certification in Psychiatry by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
- The successful candidate must have or be eligible for independent licensure in Ontario
- The ideal candidate will have exemplary clinical skills
- The ideal candidate will be equipped to work in an active interdisciplinary clinical environment
- The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the highest quality of patient care

- The candidate will have educational responsibilities, which will include clinical supervision, overseeing exams, teaching seminars and participating in educational requirements that are part of the University of Toronto's Undergraduate Medical Education and Postgraduate Medical Education curricula
- Dedication to learner education and involvement in academic activities are essential components of this position
- The candidate will provide Psychiatry on-call service as part of their clinical responsibilities

- Experience and expertise in the clinical assessment and care for patients with complex, treatment resistant depression would be an asset in this role
