Job Summary
Oversee all construction processes at United States locations by ensuring health and safety plans are implemented, meeting quality control standards, and adhering to scheduled dates. Direct the field team and subcontractors to maintain punctuality and performance while coordinating weekend rotations. Liaise with government inspectors regarding licenses and safety, and document daily job progress. Collaborate with the Project Manager to follow the budget for purchases and wages, and communicate weekly with the VP Construction on progress and issues. Requires 10+ years of superintendent experience in multifamily or comparable construction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 10+ years superintendent experience in Multifamily or comparable construction
- Ability to walk 10-30 acre construction sites
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Substantive knowledge regarding building codes
- Substantive knowledge regarding OSHA
