LeBonheur East Surgery Center- Full Time Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Administer anesthetic or sedation during medical procedures, primarily for healthy pediatric patients in ENT and general surgery cases at LeBonheur East Surgery Center. Ensure adequate anesthesia staffing to provide clinical and administrative leadership support throughout the organization. Oversee department performance, establish staffing criteria, and deliver monthly status reports illustrating key performance indicators. Act as a liaison between hospital physicians, vendors, and system departments while participating in quality assurance efforts and administrative decision-making. Maintain current policies, perform clinical audits, and train clinical staff in a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends.
