Job Summary
Conduct food law research and analysis of current developments, evaluating products and labels for compliance. Manage and verify specifications, print data, article passports, labels, certificates, and packaging materials while performing legal reviews of these documents. Execute food law training sessions and handle specialized customer inquiries and complaints. Requires a university degree in oenology, nutrition science, or comparable training with a focus on food law, along with strong German and English language skills. Full-time position with flexible working hours and family support benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul-studium der Ökotrophologie, Ernährungs-wissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Lebensmittelrecht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen und europäischen Lebensmittelrecht
- Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- sichere EDV-Kenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP
