Lebensmittelproduktentwickler/ Food Product Developer (m/w/d)

Conduct constant new and further development of articles in the food sector while optimizing and revising existing recipes in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Create, monitor, and document product patterns, evaluate raw material usage, and oversee quality assurance for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. Perform practical work in the laboratory and large-scale production trials to prepare ingredients, calculate nutritional values, and generate labeling elements. Maintain a safe and organized test kitchen environment with an assistant and handle general correspondence regarding product inquiries. Requires a completed training in food technology or chemistry, practical experience in product development, and strong knowledge of food laws. Full-time position in Traunreut with an open, team-oriented culture.
