Job Summary
CT1 Technical Labor involves handling brand-new laptop technology with unboxing, configuration prep, and quality inspection. General Warehouse (GWH) includes Shipping, Receiving, Boxing, and Stacking; boxing is largely standing, stacking involves palletizing with bending. The role is in a high-security government facility with citizenship verification, safety evaluation, and a mandatory 11-month temp-to-hire pathway. Applicants participate in a four-step application process including online onboarding, credential checks, an office safety evaluation, and a drug screen. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must provide an original Birth Certificate & ID OR a valid US Passport
- Citizenship verification required
- No Electronics inside the warehouse
- 11-Month Rule: All roles are Temp-to-Hire
- Screening includes safety evaluation and drug screen
- First two weeks with zero call-outs, strict attendance policy
- Past FedEx facility employment history must be disclosed
