Job Summary
Forklift Operator FLO1/FLO2 needed for a government facility in Lebanon, TN. Roles require proficiency with cherry picker variants (FLO1: basic, FLO2: advanced with Swing Reach and Reach Truck), completion of one month of safety training, and on-site certification. All candidates must meet citizenship verification requirements and comply with strict attendance and conduct policies. The position is temp-to-hire with multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and AWS weekends) and includes weekly pay and benefits; successful candidates will complete a multi-step application process and undergo testing and safety evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cherry Picker (FLO1) or Advanced proficiency in Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, and Reach Truck (FLO2)
- Experience operating forklift equipment in a high-security warehouse or government facility
- Completion of safety training and certification onsite after client vetting
- Citizenship verification with Birth Certificate & ID or valid US Passport
- Ability to pass required tests: forklift testing, safety evaluation, and drug screen
- Commitment to attendance policy and professional conduct

- First 2 weeks with zero call-outs; 90-day performance evaluation
