Leave Specialist

Administer and manage employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while processing claims and maintaining accurate records. Provide guidance to employees and managers, research vendor issues to resolve concerns, and monitor leave activity including paid parental leave. Assist in creating communication materials and developing policies to enhance the employee experience. Work in a hybrid environment with six months of training, supporting reconciliation processes and analyzing leave trends to improve program effectiveness.
