Job Summary
Leave and Benefits Analyst responsible for administering and supporting all benefit, leave, and ADA programs within the P&C function. Coordinates HRIS-related benefit and leave activities, supports enrollment and communications, conducts timekeeping audits, and collaborates with payroll on billings and deductions. Performs open enrollment and life-event activities, ensures regulatory compliance (FMLA, ADA, OSHA-related postings), and provides training and guidance to employees and managers on leaves, disability, benefits, and related policies. Maintains confidential information with discretion, interprets policies, and partners with vendors and internal teams to improve processes and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) year Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university and two (2) or more years of Human Resources experience employee services, HR program administration; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
