Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, answer inquiries, conduct property tours, and highlight community features while maintaining tour path cleanliness. Process rental applications and verify documentation in accordance with LIHTC guidelines, ensuring all lease file paperwork is completed and organized for compliance audits. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth daily operations, respond to resident concerns professionally, and assist with the Monthly Marketing Plan. Be an expert on current market conditions by shopping competition and attending Solidago training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or property management
- Strong communication skills
- Available evenings and weekends
- Ability to embody the Solidago Standards every day
- Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance, income limits, and eligibility requirements
- Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
- Ability to work both inside and outside of the office and in all areas of the residential property
- Ability to engage in routine physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, squatting, and using hands for typing and handling materials
- Ability to access all areas of the property—both interior and exterior—in varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and wind
- Capability to lift or move items up to 20 pounds
- Adequate visual abilities, including close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Real Page Onesite experience preferred
- Experience within a LIHTC community
