Job Summary
Leasing Team Member at a LIHTC-affordable housing community with responsibility for processing rental applications, conducting property tours, ensuring LIHTC compliance and 100% occupancy, assisting with preleasing, maintaining resident files, and supporting daily operations. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to greet prospective residents, present the community, close lease deals, and participate in monthly marketing plans. On-site role in Dallas, TX; evenings and weekends availability; prior leasing or property management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Real Page Onesite experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or property management, preferably within a LIHTC community
- Strong communication skills
- Available evenings and weekends
- Ability to embody the Solidago Standards every day
- Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance, income limits, and eligibility requirements
- Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
