Job Summary
Greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, and determine needs while professionally presenting the community and utilizing feature/benefit selling to close sales. Complete lease applications and maintain accurate documentation, participating in audits as assigned. Act as a market expert by shopping competition and attending trainings, while keeping the tour path clean for a positive first impression. Demonstrate a positive attitude with residents, vendors, and team members, and assist with community events and projects. Work evenings and weekends to strive for 100% occupancy through retention and pre-leasing.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment
- Enjoys and takes pride in providing excellent service
- Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
- Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Available evenings and weekends
- Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day
- Rare travel may be required to assist properties as needed, attend training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
