Leasing Specialist

Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques. Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents while engaging them through ongoing programs to increase satisfaction and minimize turnover. Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units, and common areas meet readiness standards. Process all rental applications for approval, prepare lease packages, and document resident information securely. Maintain detailed knowledge of local market conditions and assist in developing marketing plans incorporating advertising, internet outreach, and referrals to increase visibility. Requires a high school diploma, one year of sales or customer service experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
