Job Summary
Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques. Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents while engaging them through ongoing programs and events. Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units, and common areas meet readiness standards. Process all rental applications for approval and prepare lease packages, ensuring resident information is properly documented. Maintain detailed knowledge of local market conditions and assist in developing marketing plans incorporating advertising, internet outreach, and referrals. Work in a team environment with high school diploma or equivalent; one year of sales or customer service experience is a plus.
