Leasing Specialist- Village at South Campus

Conduct telephone marketing, greet prospective residents, gather prospect information, set appointments, show ready and model apartments, generate quotes, close deals, and secure deposits. Assist with rental application completion, credit verification, and preparing paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements. Insert approved renewal rates and deliver renewal letters while reviewing resident files to collect delinquencies and enforce leases. Organize community resident activities, prepare newsletters, and maintain resident loyalty. This role supports all aspects of community operations under the Community Manager at Peak Living's Village at South Campus community.
