Job Summary
Assist the Leasing Manager with national branding, programs, and marketing goals outlined in the annual marketing plan. Develop and distribute leasing and marketing collateral, flyers, and advertising materials while ensuring accuracy on all printed content. Plan, prepare, and implement marketing and leasing events, social media competitions, and monthly marketing calendars. Greet and answer questions from prospects and current residents by phone and in-person, and conduct daily follow-ups on guest cards. Facilitate the move-in process including touring models, setting up mini-models, and promoting the property for lease signings. Assist with application verifications, ensure accurate lease file paperwork completion, and execute renewal campaigns. Conduct marketing surveys, shop competitors, and complete marketing reports. Participate in outreach activities and distribute flyers and advertising materials. Maintain product knowledge, fair housing, and industry standards to meet and exceed leasing goals. Weekend work may be required. Majority of hours are spent inside an office, though exposure to adverse weather conditions may be necessary for property tours, vendor meetings, and turnover periods.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative ability to develop innovative and effective marketing presentations
- Detail orientation regarding applications, verifications and compliance
- High energy and motivation
- Two or more years' experience with Marketing/Leasing and Customer Service
- High School Diploma
- Heavy sales and marketing focus
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage and delegate numerous tasks in a short period of time
- Proven proficiency in all areas of property management operations
- Strong organizational, analytical, financial and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, management and customer service skills
- Strong competency with email and internet usage, as well as word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Ability to work inside an office
- Exposure to adverse weather conditions such as rain, sleet, snow, and extreme high or low temperatures
- Ability to work during blackout periods for vacation days (approximately July 15 - September 15)
Desired Qualifications
