Job Summary
Greet prospects and current residents via phone and in person, then develop print and internet marketing strategies to generate and convert residents while achieving occupancy goals. Daily follow up on guest cards, facilitate move-in processes including tours and lease signings, and assist with application verifications. Conduct marketing surveys, shop competitors, and complete reports, ensuring all business transactions comply with Fair Housing, ADA, and other federal and state laws. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Must work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years' experience with Marketing/Leasing and Customer Service
- High School Diploma
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must be creative with regard to developing innovative and effective marketing presentations
- Must be detailed oriented regarding applications, verifications and compliance
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required
- Must have the ability to take prospective residents to tour models and vacancies as well as distribute flyers and advertising materials
Desired Qualifications
- any college level marketing course work
- RealPage software knowledge
- Understanding of LIHTC or Section 8 and mixed finance properties experience
