Leasing Specialist

Answer phones and inquiries regarding housing availability while explaining community benefits and floor plans. Schedule and conduct Move-In and Move-out inspections with clients to ensure clean, habitable conditions and favorable first impressions. Pre-inspect assigned homes prior to scheduled move-ins and maintain accurate records of all inquiries and applications on the waiting list. Monitor application statuses, follow up on resident acceptances or rejections, and ensure completion of all required documentation including the Lease and Move-in packet in compliance with Fair Housing Laws. Maintain resident confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and attend staff meetings and trainings as directed. Work flexible hours occasionally including evenings or weekends in a team-oriented environment.
