Leasing Specialist - The Carquinez & Richmond City Center

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. Essential duties include providing exceptional customer service, handling rental applications, conducting apartment demonstrations, securing new resident leases, and maintaining accurate resident files. The role requires strong engagement skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, staff, and external partners. Candidates should have 2+ years of sales or customer relations experience, along with solid computer skills and knowledge of Yardi Voyager. Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are highly desired.
