Job Summary
Leasing Specialist needed to close leases and deliver best-in-class customer service for The Bainbridge Companies’ luxury apartment communities. Responsibilities include greeting guests, touring properties, processing lease paperwork, conducting credit/background checks, driving and marketing efforts (local and digital), lead generation, coordinating move-ins, handling lease renewals, and performing administrative duties. Must be able to communicate effectively, build rapport with diverse residents, and operate resident-management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite) along with Microsoft Office. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Valid driver’s license required; travel to events or gatherings may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- College degree preferred
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel to attend company gatherings or other properties
- A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required
