Job Summary
Greet guests, tour A+ luxury communities, and close leases while delivering personalized resident experiences. Manage the full leasing process including paperwork, credit/background checks, and move-in coordination. Champion local and digital marketing strategies across social media and events to generate leads and schedule tours. Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing resident questions, maintenance requests, and lease renewals. Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and networking to drive occupancy. Perform administrative duties such as reporting, database updates, and payment processing. Work any day of the week with on-call availability, requiring a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- A High School education or equivalent
- Ability to fluently read and write English
- Ability to accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions
- Ability to use all on-site resident management software functions
- Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year
- Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary
- Ability to travel to attend various company gatherings either in the general vicinity of your home, property, or in another state
- A valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Own vehicle
- Must wear career apparel based on defined company standards
