Job Summary
Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to a 435-unit luxury community in Minnetonka, MN. Process rental applications accurately, guide residents through move-in, and conduct move-out inspections to support property turnover. Provide superior customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, handling maintenance requests, and maintaining resident files with completeness. Assist in completing market surveys, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining daily updates of unit availability and community calendars. Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet move-in ready standards and handle resident collections in accordance with standards. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 years' experience in residential leasing
- Be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check before employment
- Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 9AM – 6PM and Saturday 10AM – 5PM
- Location: Minnetonka, MN (55305)
