Job Summary
Build strong relationships with residents as a frontline liaison, addressing concerns to maintain satisfaction. Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding, proactively monitor vacancies, and achieve leasing targets. Collect payments, inspect properties, facilitate resident moves, and manage maintenance requests. Requires 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Valid driver's licence and clean abstract are mandatory. Full-time role with competitive salary between $44,000 and $48,000, three weeks paid vacation, and flexible health benefits. Priority access to hiring conversations for talent pool candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements
- Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets
- Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
