Job Summary
Tour and present properties to prospective residents, applying product knowledge to close sales. Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish while conducting property inspections to ensure attractive appearances and reporting maintenance needs. Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms. Use customer management systems to document all communication with prospective and current residents, building long-term relationships by addressing requests and concerns. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus unlimited commissions, with a guaranteed $300 monthly stipend for the first three months. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- A High School degree, GED or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle and vehicle insurance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management or a related industry
- National Apartment Leasing Profession (NALP) or similar certifications
- Strong sales skills and aptitude with confidence and drive to close the sale
- Customer service experience and a strong customer service mind-set
- Self-driven with an ability to manage time, multi-task, and prioritizes responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
