Job Summary
Tour and present the property to prospective residents, applying product knowledge to close sales. Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish while conducting property inspections to report maintenance needs. Advertise and market properties daily using social media and other platforms. Utilize customer management systems to document all communication with current and prospective residents, addressing their requests and concerns. Build long-term relationships by responding to inquiries and making referrals to the maintenance team as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- A High School degree, GED or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle and vehicle insurance
- Prior experience in property management or a related industry is preferred, but not required
- National Apartment Leasing Profession (NALP) or similar certifications are desirable
- Strong sales skills and aptitude with confidence and drive to close the sale
- Customer service experience and a strong customer service mind-set
- Self-driven with an ability to manage time, multi-task, and prioritizes responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook and Excel is preferred
