Job Summary
Leasing Specialist needed for an on-site, full-time role at an affordable multifamily community in Edgewater, CO. The position involves leasing apartments, coordinating maintenance and resident relations, supporting property-management procedures, ensuring compliance with housing regulations (including LIHTC and Fair Housing), and contributing to occupancy goals through effective marketing and coordinated cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities include daily property operations, inspections, maintaining resident satisfaction, coordinating with the compliance team on applications and annual reporting, and leveraging property-management/CRM software to drive leasing success. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of multifamily experience, knowledge of LIHTC and affordable-housing regulations, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of multifamily property management experience
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Knowledge of property management software such as RealPage OneSite or similar tools
- Familiarity with leasing processes and marketing strategies; experience with leasing CRM systems like Anyone Home is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
