Leasing Specialist

Job Summary
Greet prospects, present your community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents. Contribute ideas to the Management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction. Lease, process income, rental, and employment verifications, perform outreach and online marketing, and participate in resident events. Ensure fair housing and regulatory compliance, walk the property, and maintain the office and model apartments. Requires valid driver license, reliable transportation, and ability to work weekends; experience in a multifamily Leasing Agent role or strong customer service background is preferred. ResMan knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Must be consistently detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to listen and understand goals
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Knowledge of ResMan a plus
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
- Must have reliable transportation
