Job Summary
Achieve and maintain optimum occupancy by leasing units, renewing current leases, and converting telephone traffic to appointments. Tour the community with prospective residents, pre-qualify applicants, and review pending applications for approval. Guide new residents through paperwork, accept pre-determined payments, deliver move-in gifts, and issue keys. Manage move-outs by completing vacating paperwork, retrieving keys, and assisting current residents with concerns to maintain positive relations. Perform general office duties including answering phones, filing, and attending resident functions. Work part-time, three days a week, with a starting compensation of $21–$22 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/sales related industry
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors
- Self-motivated, exhibit a positive personality, and be sales motivated
- Conduct yourself in a professional, neat, and well-groomed manner always
- Ability to work at sister property if needed
- Work schedule part-time: 3 days a week
