Leasing Specialist Part-time

Part-time Leasing Specialist at The Reserve on Cave Creek. The role focuses on achieving and maintaining optimum occupancy through leasing apartments and renewing existing leases. Responsibilities include leasing apartments, converting telephone traffic to appointments, touring the community with prospective residents, handling applications and credit checks, move-in and move-out paperwork, renewing leases, processing payments, and delivering move-in gifts. Also responsible for assisting current residents with concerns, maintaining positive resident relations, and performing general office duties such as opening/closing the office, typing, filing, and weekly reports. Requires strong customer service and sales skills, effective communication, professionalism, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; schedule is part-time (Monday and Saturday).
