Leasing Specialist- Parkland at Orange Park

Conduct telephone marketing, greet prospective residents, and collect prospect information to set appointments and show ready and model apartments. Generate quotes, close leases, secure deposits, and assist applicants with rental application completion and credit verification. Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements, insert approved renewal rates, and deliver renewal letters. Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid balances, communicate with residents regarding outstanding fees, collect on delinquencies, and enforce leases to maximize revenue. Organize community resident activities, prepare newsletters, and maintain resident loyalty and retention under the direction of the Community Manager. Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
