Responsibilities include responding to leads, conducting tours, closing leases, maintaining prospect data, processing lease paperwork, coordinating move-in readiness, and supporting marketing and community initiatives. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software (e.g., Onesite)
