Job Summary
Manage the full leasing cycle from first contact through move-in by responding to leads, conducting tours, and closing leases. Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain conversion ratios while presenting the community, apartments, and amenities in alignment with company standards. Prepare and process lease paperwork accurately, maintain prospect data records, and assist with move-in readiness including unit inspections. Provide a positive, responsive experience for both prospects and current residents by handling inquiries and supporting retention through engagement. Work a flexible schedule including weekends with consistent attendance essential to support community operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- Consistent attendance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to tour the community and walk units as needed
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Basic computer skills
- ability to learn property management software (e.g., Onesite)
