Leasing Specialist

Present community information to prospective renters and build positive rapport by answering telephone and email communications in a timely manner. Process applications for prospective residents, prepare lease contracts, and coordinate residents moving in and out while documenting events and communicating status to proper departments. Assist the apartment community with accounting needs and listen to resident complaints to help develop solutions. Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy and be flexible with work schedule, including weekend hours if assigned. Requires reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; experience with Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred.
