Job Summary
Conduct leasing activities to achieve and maintain optimum occupancy by leasing units, renewing existing leases, and converting telephone traffic to appointments. Tour the community with prospective residents, pre-qualify applicants, and review pending applications for approval. Manage the full move-in and move-out process, including delivering gifts, issuing keys, completing lease paperwork, and retrieving resident keys. Assist current residents with concerns to maintain positive relations and attend resident functions. Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and assisting with weekly reports while adhering to a part-time schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service/sales related industry
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors
- Self-motivated, exhibit a positive personality, and be sales motivated
- Conduct yourself in a professional, neat, and well-groomed manner always
- Walking up and down stairs to show apartments to prospective residents
- Lifting no more than 25 pounds
- Valid drivers' license
- Current auto insurance
