Job Summary
Conduct all leasing activities at the Sterlingshire LIHTC community in Dallas, TX, including responding to inquiries, providing tours, scheduling appointments, and coordinating move-ins. Perform telephone and physical market surveys of competitors, develop on-site marketing strategies, and monitor merchant referral programs to increase qualified traffic and closing ratios. Inspect market-ready units daily, ensure show models are stocked and ready, and maintain accurate files while complying with Fair Housing and tax regulations. Assist with resident functions, monitor service requests, and support the Community Assistant with lease tracking and fee processing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- reliable transportation
- 1-year customer service or sales experience
- relevant education
- Strong computer skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- proficiency in Yardi
- working knowledge of the LIHTC program
Desired Qualifications
- college preferred
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation
- Experience preferred
