Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects while leasing apartment homes by showcasing community benefits. Always be closing leads over the phone, through email, and in person. Generate new business via effective follow-up and implement promotional programs including online advertising, direct marketing, and resident events. Renew current resident leases to maintain occupancy levels and maintain accurate resident files. Work weekends as needed in an on-site role at a community office in Ocala, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years leasing &/or customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, housing or multi-family environment
- Weekends required, as needed
- Background checks are an employment requirement
- Strong sales with a desire to exceed company leasing requirements
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
- A customer-focused mentality
- Proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs
- Career mindset with a polished, professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-pace leasing office
Desired Qualifications
