Duties include following up on leads, leasing apartment homes, presenting property and neighborhood benefits, generating leads through phone and email outreach, creating promotional programs and direct marketing, renewing current resident leases, maintaining accurate resident files, and supporting a fast-paced leasing office with strong task switching. Ideal candidates have strong sales and communication skills, a customer-focused mentality, proficiency with software and apps, and a professional appearance; college education is preferred. Weekends may be required.
