Leasing Specialist

Leasing Specialist is responsible for marketing, touring and leasing apartments to maintain high occupancy, building positive resident relationships, and coordinating with community managers. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date resident and prospect information in Yardi, assisting with keys via KeyTrak, handling package deliveries with Luxer One, providing clerical support as primary receptionist, relaying maintenance requests, managing guest suite and social lounge reservations, coordinating Airbnb reservations when requested, maintaining storage lists and conducting monthly audits, responding to emails from residents/vendors/management/owners, ensuring safety compliance, greeting and qualifying prospects, guiding applicants through the application process, generating leases and coordinating signings, ensuring apartment readiness for move-in, following up with non-closers, preparing move-in bags, assisting in advertising effectiveness, distributing notices, and supporting the leasing/marketing manager with resident events. The role also emphasizes professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures. Core emphasis areas include occupancy management, applicant screening, lease administration, resident communications, and collaboration with maintenance and management teams.
