Job Summary
Lease apartments, convert telephone traffic to appointments, tour communities with prospective residents, and move-in new residents by reviewing paperwork, accepting payment, and issuing keys. Renew current resident leases, notify residents of expirations, and manage move-outs by retrieving keys and completing necessary documentation. Pre-qualify applicants, review pending applications for approval, and assist current residents with concerns to maintain positive relations. Attend resident functions and perform general office duties including opening/closing the office, answering phones, and filing. Support five Albuquerque properties with travel required between locations. Work a 40-hour week with Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in service/sales related industry
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors
- Self-motivated, exhibit a positive personality, and be sales motivated
- Conduct yourself in a professional, neat, and well-groomed manner always
- Walking up and down stairs to show apartments to prospective residents
- Lifting no more than 25 pounds
- Valid drivers' license along with current auto insurance
- Support 5 Albuquerque properties - travel required between properties
- 40-hour work week; Saturday required
