Job Summary
Leasing Specialist role on-site at a multifamily community. Present community information to prospective renters, assist with accounting needs, highlight selling features of the community and surrounding area, respond to inquiries via telephone and email, process applications, prepare lease contracts, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, document events, and address resident concerns. Requires prior sales or customer service experience; experience in multi-family property management or leasing is preferred; strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of property management software (Yardi Voyager) are valued; weekend availability may be required; on-site role with on-site compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred
- Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
