Job Summary
Leasing Specialist responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community. Duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, processing applications and deposits, updating availability, closing leases, orienting new residents, monitoring renewals, and handling administrative tasks such as inputting data in the Yardi system. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, community engagement, and collaboration with the Community Manager to ensure a positive resident experience and compliant operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience
- Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired
